You see when you are up to something for God the enemy tries EVERYTHING to bring against us.

Well I’m asking ALL my prayer warriors to pray and stand with me. The enemy is trying to bring accusations, assaults, lies etc. BUT, we KNOW that our God has the FINAL say, we KNOW that NO weapon formed against us shall prosper, we KNOW that enemies will come 1 way & flee in 7, we KNOW that all things work together for good for those who LOVE God, we KNOW that we have VICTORY in JESUS & our God does not lie and His Word doesn’t return void.
You may feel surrounded but God surrounds our enemies— Hallelujah ‼️

EXCUSES ARE LIKE BUTTS EVERYONE HAS 1 😲

Have you had something you really wanted to do?
It can be something big like, exercising 5x/wk or something small like lose 5 lbs in two months.

It's a pattern. To the point that every time you start the sentence "I'd really love to exercise again" you flow right into your list of excuses on autopilot "but I can't take time away from my family" or "it's a silly idea because I'm too oldie too tired", etc.

Now, you may be saying that you don't use excuses & you only have valid reasons for why you "can't" do what you say you want to do. After all, excuses are for more irresponsible type people & that is certainly NOT you.

Well, if there's something you say you want to do, but continually have a reason why you don't do it; there are only 2 possible explanations for that:

▪️1) You do not really want to do what you say you do but you either continue to say you do out of habit or because you think you "should" want to do it.
▪️2) You really do want to do what you say you do. But, it is risky, forces you to step outside your comfort zone, or might upset someone you care about.
….
If the answer to your scenario is #1, then by all means stop saying that it is something you want to do. Let it go. Bring some closure to the darn thing and it'll free your mental & emotional space so you can pursue something you truly do want to do.😲

If the answer for you is #2 then most likely you are using an excuse that allows you to hang onto your desire and provide a logical reason why you can't do it thereby keeping you safe and still yearning.

🛑What do excuses sound like? Just in case you haven't heard the crate full you probably carry around in your head everyday, here's a list of some of common ones:
- ❌I'm too dumb/too smart
- ❌No one will like/love me
- ❌I'm not good enough
- ❌It's too far from home
- ❌I don't have enough money for that
- ❌No time

Because who doesn’t eat junk food right🤷‍♂️, well most of us do, it is not easy to change our eating habits. Your eating habits have developed since childhood based on what your mothers or fathers cooked and what your psychological make-up was during that time.

The foods you eat and crave help keep past trauma and present anxiety in check. Food helps make you feel good when you start to feel bad. Eating is a natural defense mechanism that the brain-body uses to keep you from going nutty.

🤔So, you see, it is very difficult to change our eating habits. When we do, we start to feel bad. We start to feel uncomfortable, we feel pain, we have withdrawal symptoms, and we may feel sick. Is it any wonder that any of us ever succeed in changing our eating habits?

Most people eat junk food 85% of the time and then eat good food the other 15%. It should be the the other way around- eat good food 90% and junk food 10% of the time. RIGHT!

For the first time in a very long time I had the energy to exercise in the evening...and I was able to say no to a free bagel earlier this week and I love bagels... a real victory.
Well, today marks my 80th day! I have completed the AdvoCare One/80 Program and I can't be any more satisfied with the results that I have obtained. I have a great coach Tyrone Lofton, who has help me to reach this milestone. My original goal was to get down to 170 lbs, but I have surpassed that and made it down to 166 lbs. Hey guys.. I tried to upload a video, and my phone sucks. So i wrote this all down!!! To this lovely plant full of wonderful people!! I want you all to know what a huge, huge impact Tyrone Lofton from Inside Out Fitness 365 is. He is God sent and an incredible man!! Prior to training I was frumpy, moody, Felt fatigue ALL THE TIME! Low to really no energy. Little strength (funny story... i walked like a penguin 🐧 leaving the gym the second day) super classy... I know. I had sore joints (my knee was so horrible and was in pain all the time). I was stressed about everything in life. Just couldn't get a grip on anything. Sounds weird to think that all this was due to my diet and my physical activity or should I say "lack of." When I started my first day, Tyrone was nothing short of miraculous. He is so kind, patient, knowledgeable and an all around fun guy. He has always challenged me to overcome my fears (like the rolly abs thingy, which is so not my friend), keeps me focused with positive language, and also let my husband and son come to train sometimes we I just need to family time. There is no excuses for me not to workout. In these last 7 1/2 months I lost my desire to do bad, to blame, and to give myself every reason not to make me better. I have lost my "lacretias" aka back fat. I have gained a significant and I mean significant amount of energy! I feel healthier, sexier and positive. My blood pressure is better now then 10 yrs ago.
