we needs more veggies and fruits to help our body function properly cutting out the things our tells us is so good the processed, food, meals to have good quality of life and less symptomatic you can try eating more in the way your body will respond positively to A healthy diet during menopause can help relieve or prevent symptoms, maintain bone density, and reduce the risk of heart disease. Here are some foods to consider:
Vegetables and fruit
Eat five portions (500 g/day) of different colored fruits and vegetables, including 3–4 portions of vegetables and 1–2 portions of fruit. Non-starchy vegetables like salad greens, tomatoes, and cucumbers are low in calories and high in fiber.

Whole grains
Choose whole grains like bulgur wheat, millet, sweet potatoes, brown rice, and brown bread.

Protein
Eat lean or plant-based protein at every meal, such as fish, lean meats, beans, lentils, and chickpeas. Protein is important for muscle growth and repair as people age. Soyfoods like tofu, edamame, and unsweetened soymilk are plant-based sources of protein that also contain phytoestrogens, or plant estrogens.

Calcium
Eat two to four servings of calcium-rich foods a day, such as dairy products, fish with bones, broccoli, and legumes. Calcium needs increase during menopause to about 1200 milligrams a day.
Iron
Eat at least three servings of iron-rich foods a day, such as lean red meat, poultry, fish, eggs, leafy green vegetables, nuts, and enriched grain products.

Fiber
Eat foods high in fiber, such as whole-grain breads, cereals, pasta, rice, fresh fruits, and vegetables. Most adult women should get about 21 grams of fiber a day.
Omega-3 fatty acids
Salmon is high in omega-3 fatty acids, which can help with hot flashes.
