--Please limit the number of guests at your appointment. We understand sometimes you will need a companion but please be mindful of non-essential guests so that we can limit the number of people in the waiting room. We are doing our best to stay compliant with 6-foot distancing.
--Patients, staff, and Dr. Kindt will all have their temperature checked and a COVID-19 screening checklist performed as they enter the building for each visit.
--If you prefer to wait in your vehicle until you are called to be seen, please contact us at 480-981-0094 and let us know what vehicle you are in and we will come get you when it’s your turn.
--Feel free to wear a face mask while waiting for your appointment, although it is not required.
--If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 such as a fever, dry cough, or shortness of breath, please call our office to reschedule your appointment until you are feeling well.
