September wrapped up, and it was such a special birthday month 🤍
• Sawadee DC festival
• Grand Master Class Washington DC
• USA Thai Massage Championship Washington DC
• Massage Workshop With Matthew, San Francisco
• Massage Workshop With Thippaya Long Cloth in LA

Two weeks of back-to-back travel across states was a lot, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. My heart is so full from the wonderful people I met along the way.
Endless thanks to my teacher Wassa, Matthew, Sebastien, Kru Tui for sharing your knowledge and skills with me.
To P’Soontree, thank you for caring for me like your own daughter. Ploy, even though we just met, I feel so close to you and I’m so glad we became friends. P’Jessi, being able to speak Northern Thai with you made me feel right at home. P’Petch and P’Jenny, thank you for all the great career advice. P’Alex, your warmth and kindness meant the world to me. P’Ness, P’Eddy, P’Lee, P’Gig, it was so lovely to meet you.

To everyone I crossed paths with, THANK YOU 🙏 . I feel truly grateful and fulfilled 💕

If your shoulders feel super tight today, try opening your chest first! When our chest muscles get tight from sitting or driving, they pull our shoulders forward and making the back work overtime. Soften the front, and the back can finally relax.

Me trying my best!!!!
I told myself that I wasn’t ready for the big competition but Wassa Lakkham and John Sanders gave me encouragement. They both said the same thing “If you don’t do it, you will never be ready and won’t know what to improve” and it’s true. I learned so many just one competition and it’s inspired me to improve all skills, focus on my career and gain more experience.

I love what I do and I know in my heart is so much more good things is coming. Thanks for all teachers and all judges for feedbacks 🙏

Thanks for my best model Alex Guo You are so so kind to me and it was my pleasure to work with you and get to know you 🫶🏻🤍

Not sure whether Thai massage or deep tissue massage is a better fit for you?
Here's a simple way to understand the difference.

Thai Massage & Stretch
• Performed on a traditional floor mat
• Fully clothed
• No oil
• Includes assisted stretching
• Uses rhythmic pressure and movement
Deep Tissue Massage
• Performed on a massage table
• Uses oil and professional draping
• Uses focused, firm techniques
• Can incorporate Thai leverage and stretching

Neither approach is automatically “better.” They simply offer different massage experiences.

Sen Flow Body offers both options as part of its mobile massage service in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, and surrounding areas.

Not sure which session to choose? Explore your options and book with Sen Flow Body.
