L O V E this!!! With school of ALL grade levels starting back up - all students need to be made aware of the importance of sleep. I hope more schools follow the lead from Harvard.

Harvard’s Class of 2022 will have taken β€˜Sleep 101,’ an online module on sleep health, before they even hit campus on Aug. 27.

Posting again, as I do every year.  A quick reminder of how much sleep your kiddos should be getting this school season....

Posting again, as I do every year. A quick reminder of how much sleep your kiddos should be getting this school season. Some have already started and others will begin this week. Make sure your children have the BEST start to their by getting a good night sleep - it will go beyond having good focus and alertness, it will carry over to staying healthy...and happy. ;)
