DRY CUPPING

Let’s talk about it!

Negative pressure is used via mechanical pump to lift muscle fibers, instead of pressing down and into the skin which can help release tight areas within your body.

Benefits 🤩
•Improved Circulation
•Enhances ROM short - term.
•Can provide temporary relief from chronic pain

For the ENTIRE month of October, cupping + a few other modalities are completely free with $20 off your inital service ( 60 min relaxation or deep tissue = $40 or 90 min relaxation or deep tissue = $70.) ✨

Hello all!! I am back-ish this week 😅 a lot to catch up on last week as some may know I am expecting 👶🏽❤️ I needed that week to recalibrate and knock out these prenatal appointments ☀️

I planned on posting my availability for this week only to realize I am slammed this weekend 🤣 so we shall reconvene the next week 🙏🏾🦋

However, it would be super duper cool if you came out this weekend Sunday October 4th to Glow Nutrition to see me and get some TLC 💆🏾‍♀️ + visit with other awesome vendors as well!

As for now, take care of yourselves and be well 🌞 thank you for the opportunity and riding along this journey with me.
