SPAARK Wellness is heading to Widow’s Harvest! 🌿🎶

September 25–27, I’ll be bringing something we’ve been talking about for a while…. the SPAARK Festival Reset and “Questions About Cannabis? Ask an RN.”

I’ll have two spaces set up side by side. One will be a quieter place where people can sit down, grab some water, take a breath, and regroup if they’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, dehydrated, or maybe got a little too high.

The other side will be where adults can stop by, talk to me, and ask their wellness and cannabis questions without feeling judged or pressured to buy anything.

This is me bringing together what I do as a Nurse, holistic coach, and cannabis educator and I’m so excited to finally bring it to life!

Tomorrow night I’m doing something that a lot of healthcare providers still won’t do.

I’m talking about cannabis. Openly. With caregivers. Without judgment.

Because here’s what the research shows: cannabis use in adults 65 and older has nearly doubled in two years. Caregivers are navigating this every single day — and most have zero real information.

Not because they haven’t tried. Because the healthcare system hasn’t caught up.

Most healthcare providers receive less than 2 hours of cannabis education in their entire training. That gap doesn’t disappear when your loved one starts asking questions. So tomorrow night — I’m filling it.
