Active Life Professional | Nutritional Health Coach | DVM I'm a medical expert in physiology and I am experienced in how all the systems work together. I have experience as a provider (for dogs and cats). I'm a master at translating medical jargon. I am familiar with treatment modalities, have training in pharmacology, and have an understanding of the importance of addressing affordability and helping clients weigh cost-effective treatment options without compromising care. I have a dual understanding of the provider's perspective and the patient's frustration (I've been in both shoes!) and this enables me to act as a translator and advocate. I help women feel heard while equipping them to effectively communicate with their doctors.

I love hearing a client say, “I didn’t think I could do that!”

Maybe it’s feeling comfortable with weights, getting back on a bike, or dancing through an entire concert. Your goals should reflect what matters to you, and I’m here to help you work toward them with guidance, encouragement, and some fun along the way.

What would you love to feel more confident doing?

Think about all the things you want to keep doing 5, 10, or even 20 years from now.

Maybe it’s hiking your favorite trails, riding your bike, exploring new places, or simply moving through your day with strength and confidence.

The work you put into your body today helps make those things possible.

Every workout, new skill, and bit of progress is an investment in your future!

Keep showing up for yourself. You’ve got a lot of living left to do! 💪 Let me know how I can help.

What do you want to still be doing at 80?

When I’m 80, I want to look 60 😉 and still be lifting weights, riding my bike, doing yoga, hiking, swimming, and maybe even running.

There’s a lot of life I want to keep enjoying, and I want a body that can come along.

What does that look like for you? -Maybe it’s traveling and exploring a new city on foot
-Hiking your favorite trail
-Carrying your own groceries. -Getting down on the floor with your grandkids and getting back up again.

We often think about exercise in terms of weight, calories, or what we “should” be doing. I’d rather ask a different question:

What do you want your body to make possible?

Pick one thing you want to still be doing at 80, then think about one small thing you can do today to support that future version of yourself.

Tell me yours in the comments. I really do want to know. 👇

Apparently your phone has been listening. 👀

If you and your buddy have been talking about getting stronger but aren’t quite sure where to start, the Buddy Learn to Lift Program is officially underway!

You’ll learn the basics of lifting in a private, supportive environment, including how to squat, hinge, press, pull, carry and use your core. You’ll also learn what feels safe and appropriate for your individual body, so you can walk away feeling more confident in the gym.

The program runs October 5th-16th and is $149 per person. Grab the friend you keep saying you’re going to work out with and let’s actually do it. 💪

Message me for details or to grab a spot!

Movement looks different for everyone, and good coaching takes that into account.

When someone is dealing with pain, an old injury, limited mobility, or simply feels unsure about a movement, there are often ways to adjust it so they can continue building strength safely and confidently.

I spend a lot of time with my clients paying attention to how they move, what feels comfortable, where they feel limited, and what we can change to help them keep progressing.

Your starting point is allowed to be exactly where you are today. From there, we figure out what works for you and keep building.

What’s something you’d like to feel stronger or more confident doing?
