As Hurricane Helene is making her way to us, we are now without power and our phone service is down, as well.

We are to continue with scheduled visits today Friday, Sept. 27th. but we do encourage our patients to stay put unless absolutely necessary. Try to stay on main roads as best as possible, there are many trees down.

We have some updates we would like to discuss.
We have recently changed our hours of operation and would like to make everybody aware.
We are open; Mon, Wed, Fri. 8:00am-5:00pm and Thurs. 8:00am-12:00pm. We are closed Tuesday and Weekends.

We are in network with most insurances, if you are unsure about your insurance, please give us a call @ (423) 839-0820 and our front desk personnel would love to discuss your options.

We understand that the financial burden from healthcare can deter you from getting the help you deserve.
We provide self-pay options; our most used self-pay option takes 25% off of your total appointment balance. But other self-pay options are available if you are open to discussion.
If there is a balance that is too big to pay at the moment, we also provide payment plans to breakup those big balances. We can extend those payment plans for however long you like, we understand life is unpredictable as are your financial worries and obligations.

No Insurance/Self-Pay Options for Patients.

At Complete Family Care, LLC, we understand that healthcare is quite expensive, and the burden of medical bills could get in the way of receiving the care you need.

We offer Self-Pay options at a discounted rate. Our most used Self-Pay option is our "Sliding-Fee Discount," which would take 25% off your complete total after your visit.

We are also happy to discuss estimates for patients looking for a new healthcare provider. Our estimates are free of charge.

We are always looking for ways to offer the best care for all of our patients, we understand this may mean you might need a different Self-Pay option.
