Network marketers who are miners don't want to take time nurturing people and developing relationships. They want a yes now, or they move on. In any business, this attitude can prevent you from reaping maximum benefits from your efforts.

Farmers, on the other hand, plant seeds, nurture relationships, and don't push. They allow things to develop until ready.

Studies reveal that people with greater social interactions have lower risk for dementia and depression later on in life than people who are isolated. The reason for this is that shared experiences stimulate brain areas dedicated to memory and learning. Socializing also reduces stress and plaques in the brain, the two major causes of cognitive disorders.

1. Positive thinking - Meditation, guided deep breathing, yoga and tai chi can help you release the stress and anxiety from a bad day.
2. Get moving - Proteins are released during physical activity and help protect the brain from oxidative damage and mutation.
3. Laughter is the best medicine - When something makes you laugh, your brain responds by releasing endorphins that make you feel good inside and out.
4. Change of scenery - Getting up from your desk and considering a problem from a different location resets the way your brain processes it.
5. Tune in and listen to classical music - Listening to classical music helps the right side of your brain "tune in" and look at situations from a different angle.
6. Get more sleep - When you sleep, your brain catalogs what you've taken in while you were awake.
7. Keep learning - The left side of your brain loves higher-level thinking such as brain games and riddles so feed it regularly.

When there is an excess amount of sodium in your bloodstream, it pulls water into your blood vessels, increasing the total amount (volume) of blood inside your blood vessels, leading to high blood pressure. Increasing your potassium intake can restore the balance and help ease tension in your blood vessel walls, which lowers your blood pressure.
