It was a great opportunity to connect with APP leaders at the North Carolina Academy of Physician Associates (NCAPA) Leadership Roundtable!

ThriveAP’s Cory Edgar, DMSc, MPAS, PA-C, presented “Optimizing the APP Workforce: Building an Evidence-Based Development Strategy Across the Career Continuum,” exploring how healthcare organizations can take a more intentional, evidence-based approach to supporting APPs at every stage of their careers.

From orientation and onboarding to transition to practice and ongoing professional development, investing in APPs is key to building a confident, capable, and sustainable workforce.

ThriveAP was proud to join Thomas Jefferson University for the Jefferson Advanced Practice Clinician Conference. We loved spending the event connecting with APPs and healthcare leaders, talking workforce development, and sharing how ThriveAP supports clinicians and organizations throughout the APP career journey.

A big thank you to the Jefferson team for having us and to everyone who stopped by the ThriveAP booth to connect. And of course, a conference in Philly wouldn’t be complete without a visit from the Phillie Phanatic. ⚾️

What a great weekend at AAENP EmergeNP 2026! 🎉

We loved connecting with emergency medicine NPs from across the country, sharing more about ThriveAP, and being part of conversations focused on supporting APPs throughout their careers.

A few highlights from the weekend:
🎤 Cory Edgar and Veronica Hill took the stage for The Art of Delivering Difficult Messages, sharing practical strategies for navigating some of the most challenging conversations in healthcare.

📊 Cory Edgar and Rachel Cody presented their poster highlighting a Transition to Practice approach for building competency and confidence among Emergency and Urgent Care APPs.

✨ And no Nashville conference would be complete without a little Dolly! We had a special guest join us for Dolly Day, adding some extra Music City fun to the weekend.

Those numbers represent something much bigger than growth.
They represent APPs gaining the knowledge and confidence to succeed in practice. Healthcare organizations investing more intentionally in their clinical workforce. And stronger teams better prepared to care for the communities they serve.
