For your next at-home workout, find yourself a couch or sturdy folding chair. No, you’re not going to lift it (though that’s a heck of an idea!). This workout is all about strengthening your
entire body to help with everyday activities and prevent injuries.
Take your time with every movement and really focus on the muscles you are working on. If you have a mini band, the workout gets even better. And by better, we mean harder.

Hey OTF Nashville Midtown! On February 29, boutique fitness studios in the Nashville community are hosting charity classes around town and competing to see who can raise the most money for patients at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt! To participate in this challenge, sign up for our 12:45 p.m. class on Saturday, February 29, create an online fundraising page, and raise $50 (or more!) from family and friends. Sign ups are at the front desk and we will be there to help you set up your page! This class is going to be a BLAST and followed by muffins and mimosas! A DJ is also in the works - you don’t want to miss this! 🧡⁣

Orangetheory Fitness Midtown

Located in the heart of Midtown Nashville, Tennessee, the newest Orangetheory gym is going a long way toward helping residents get in shape and boost their fitness. We pride ourselves on our ability to give you a comprehensive workout without taking up your entire afternoon, making us a great option for those on the go who want to improve their health, including students, professionals, and even stay-at-home moms.

The crown jewel of Orangetheory is the exercise program itself. Our training method revolves around something called interval training in which your monitored heart rate is kept in a certain zone. Staying in this zone promotes health benefits for up to a day and a half after the workout, including an improved metabolism and increased energy levels. During each class, you will rotate between three workout stations with 12 pieces of equipment in each. Most new members see a weight loss of up to 5 pounds a week during their initial period in the workout program.
