The crown jewel of Orangetheory is the exercise program itself. Our training method revolves around something called interval training in which your monitored heart rate is kept in a certain zone. Staying in this zone promotes health benefits for up to a day and a half after the workout, including an improved metabolism and increased energy levels. During each class, you will rotate between three workout stations with 12 pieces of equipment in each. Most new members see a weight loss of up to 5 pounds a week during their initial period in the workout program.
