Arc Flow Experiences are fantasy-inspired movement experiences that blend staff-based Arc Flow, atmosphere, and community.

Each month, the practice enters a new world - from dragon riders and witches to wolves and winter fae - while the movement stays grounded in control, coordination, strength, rhythm, presence, and flow.

The Edgewood Block Party was amazing this year! Thank you for inviting me to bring a little dance and arc flow joy!!

Through hula hooping, bracelet-making, face painting, and dancing, not a single drop of rain fell last Saturday at the annual Edgewood Youth Day Block party, held on Edgewood Avenue between Winthrop and Sherman Avenues.

You’re not failing—you’re using an old operating system.

I had a conversation recently that made something click really clearly.

So many women aren’t struggling because they’re lazy or inconsistent.

They’re struggling because they’re trying to do what used to work…

in a life that looks completely different now.

More responsibility.
More pressure.
Less time.
Different energy.

But the approach hasn’t changed.

So what happens?

You set a goal.
You try to go all in.
Life interrupts.
You fall off.
You feel bad about it.
Then you start over.

Again and again.

That’s not a discipline issue.
That’s a cycle.

And once you see it, you can start to do things differently.
