I have to take a moment to give a special thank you to this beautiful community we are creating at Sacred Bloom. 💜
Today was a FULL day, from book study to Dream Circle (which didn’t really happen… lol) a trauma release workshop, and our Full Moon Circle. And after an incredibly busy week, my heart is overflowing with gratitude.
Earlier today, I mentioned that there were so many little things around the studio I hadn’t had time to get to. And without even asking, these beautiful women stepped in. Washing teacups, organizing my little herbal desk, helping with supplies, setting up massage tables, setting up an alter, lighting candles, and taking care of all those little things behind the scenes that make each experience special.
But there’s something else I’ve been noticing lately that means even more to me.
People are starting to arrive early for classes, not because they have to, but because they WANT to connect.
Sometimes I’m walking around the studio getting things done, or talking with a new client, and I hear laughter coming from the library. Women sharing stories, catching up on each other’s weeks, offering encouragement, wisdom, and support.
And I can’t help but smile.
Because you never know when something you casually say in conversation might be the exact message someone else needed to hear that day.
THAT is the ripple effect.
Healing doesn’t always happen during a session, a meditation, or a soundbath. Sometimes it happens over a cup of tea, through shared laughter, an unexpected conversation, or simply knowing you’ve found somewhere you belong.
And sometimes healing is learning to accept help when you’ve spent most of your life being the one who does everything for everyone else.
That was my lesson today. A reminder that I don’t always have to be the one holding everything together. That allowing others to show up for me is just as much a part of healing as showing up for them.
I’ve said from day one that I am simply the vessel. I may have brought the vision of Sacred Bloom to life, but this space was never meant to belong to just me. It was meant for ALL of us.
And today, when these women showed up for me in the same way I’ve watched them show up for one another, I was reminded of exactly why I started this journey.
We’re not just building a wellness studio. We’re building a community where people feel seen, supported, connected, and loved.
To every woman who came through our doors today, who helped, participated, shared, laughed, encouraged someone, or simply showed up, THANK YOU.
This is what happens when we create space for healing. The love doesn’t stop with one person. It ripples outward.
And that, to me, is the true beauty of Sacred Bloom.
Thank you, thank you, thank you. 💜🌿
