Somebody asked me about yoga today… 👀

And it reminded me that this is something I really do miss.

Before life got lifey, I was hosting yoga events, yoga mosa and even couples yoga. 😂

So yes… Yoga + Stretch is coming back to Leaux Line Wellness.
But I'm thinking about it a little differently this time.
Less pressure to “work out.”
More move your body, release some tension, breathe deeply, laugh a little and leave feeling better than when you came.
And yes, there will be options beyond traditional yoga.

✨ Guided stretching
✨ Gentle yoga flows
✨ Couples sessions
✨ Small-group wellness experiences
✨ Community pop-ups

And eventually… Mom Reset. 🤎
I'm rebuilding this side of Leaux Line slowly and intentionally—and I'm excited to bring movement back into it.
What would you actually want to attend: Yoga, Stretch, Couples Yoga, or a little bit of everything?

POV: You entered your Mom Reset era. 🤎🌿
Rest. Reconnect. Pour back into YOU.
Because the woman behind “Mom” deserves care, too.
Mom Reset is coming. ✨

Still here. Still growing. Still pouring into the work that means so much to me. 🌿🤎

Leaux Line Wellness has been a part of my journey for years, but this season feels different.

I'm creating more space for birth education, prenatal wellness, postpartum support, maternal wellness and community— while continuing to grow and learn as a nurse and learning midwife.

And somewhere in the middle of caring for babies, families, work, life and everything else… I keep coming back to one thing:

Who is caring for Mom?

That's the heart behind so much of what I'm building now.

I've been a little quiet on here, but definitely not still. There is more coming — including Mom Reset🌿

Welcome back to this little corner of Leaux Line Wellness.

A little Pocket of Peace for your timeline.

🌿REST. BREATHE. DESERVE. BELONG. GRACE.

At a recent community event, I watched women pause and actually think about which message they needed.
So now I'm asking you.
Which one are you choosing today?
