Located in Jefferson, Louisiana, Jefferson Healthcare Center is a premier nursing home focusing on long-term care, skilled nursing services, short-term rehabilitation and hospice care for seniors in both private and semi-private room accommodations. In addition to providing superior medical care, we go beyond simple physical healing by fostering an environment of compassion and nurturing each individual’s unique needs. Jefferson Healthcare is one of the only nursing facilities in Jefferson, fortunate enough to offer a secured Memory Care Neighborhood for those diagnosed with dementia, Alzheimer's and other cognitive impairments. We celebrated with our very own Farmers Market, filled with fresh fruits, veggies, and delicious farm-inspired favorites! 🥦🍌🍑 From broccoli soup and summer chips to okra, peach cobbler, and bread pudding, there was something for everyone to enjoy!

A fun and tasty way to celebrate the farmers who help put food on our tables❤️
