Due to the new guidelines announced by the governor to protect the community from the spread of the corona virus, my Yoga and Essentrics classes will be postponed until it is deemed safe to gather in small groups again. I will notify you by email or text once we can resume.
Please take what you have learned in my classes and commit yourself to moving your body daily. Most of these movements are part of daily living - reaching, circling, bending, twisting, sweeping and of course, breathing consciously. Pumping the leg muscles in plies is good for your leg strength, but also the heart. Maintaining these healthy practices will also have a positive affect on your mind and soul.
