Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that utilizes various sound frequencies to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. It’s based on the understanding that everything in the universe, including our bodies, is made up of energy that vibrates at different frequencies. When these frequencies are disrupted—by stress, illness, or emotional imbalance—our overall well-being can suffer. Sound healing helps to recalibrate these vibrations, returning the body to a state of equilibrium.
