I’ve learned that most jet lag isn’t caused by the time zone.

It’s caused by sleeping at the wrong time on the plane.

After years of international travel, here’s my simple strategy:

✈️ The moment I board, I set my watch to my destination’s time zone.

🌙 Landing at night? I sleep on the plane.

☀️ Landing in the morning? I stay awake—even when I’m tired.

💧 Hydrate constantly.

🚫 Skip the alcohol.

💊 If needed, a small dose of melatonin helps signal “bedtime” to my body.

The goal isn’t to survive the flight.

The goal is to arrive ready.
