With this post I’m launching a new approach to designing tattoos that I’m really excited to share with you all. After working near-exclusively in Procreate for the past 7 months, I’ve made a return to designing tattoos from start to finish within a single sketchbook. I have a couple purposes for this; it’s more fun for me, it makes me more familiar with the proportions and shape of a design, it challenges me to think more fully through each motion of my pen. But it’s also creating a beautiful little book of designs that, if you’ve seen me recently, I’ve already been showing off to everyone. Next time you have an appointment with me ask about my sketchbook (if I don’t show it to you first) and I’ll give you a tour through my completed designs & current works in progress 🖤🖤

I’m excited to announce that I will be moving my tattoo practice to in Bushwick 🖤🖤 from now on I’ll be available appointments only. New hours and booking information will be posted soon. All booked appointments should expect to keep their date and time, just at my new location.

Moving my business to a private studio has a been a complex decision to make, yet I see it primarily as an opportunity to dedicate more time to my art. Rare post about my personal life but I had the loveliest trip in Miami last week 💛🐊☀️
My besties and I flew down for the screening of my roommate ‘s new short film “Rockaway,” which stars our other roomie . The film was beautiful and accompanied at the screening by a live orchestra, and I couldn’t be more proud of what Taylor and his composer created.
The last three months since I’ve joined have been some of the most exciting of my life, but they also left me in sore need of a vacation 😅 now that I’ve spent a week resting and celebrating with friends and family, though, I’m ready to get back to the tattoo grind 😈 send me a DM to book an appointment or walk in Wednesdays through Sundays at and let’s make some art together 🖤🖤

Two tats for the coolest 🖤🖤 1st slide we originally made back in March, and is based on an Ancient Greek vase painting of Medea riding her dragon chariot. We touched up some lines and made it look as good as new; if you have a tattoo from me that you’d like touched up, please reach out!! A year and a half ago I tattooed .danan at an event that feels something like a myth now (as seen in slide 1). It was my first big public event as a tattoo artist, meeting strangers and doing one tattoo after another late into the night. And it was for this tanthem party that I made my first ever sheet of flash. Well, many months of work later, I recently had the opportunity to tattoo Kareem again. This time he went for a flash design of mine based on Van Gogh’s bedroom — swipe to see how it turned out.
