Feels like such a full-circle moment. What an honour to meet Sharonji again in Rome, almost 20 years later.

I’ll forever be grateful for those first classes at Jivamukti London — at a time when I felt lost….the spiritual talks at the beginning of class, the chanting, the cool playlists as we flowed collectively was like a refuge for me. Last week we chanted together in the Aquario Romano….it was magical. The beautiful acoustics carried the sound around the space, and I was reminded of that same feeling all over again. Great teachers have that steadiness in the path, the same sincerity and devotion like time never passed.

I never knew what my path would look like, I just followed my heart. Now I can see the seeds were planted and that would ultimately lead me to Sri Dharma in NYC. Forever grateful for the teachers who inspired me from the beginning, the teachings, and those who came before us, lighting the spiritual path for those who follow ❤️💫

“Let’s try partner yoga,” they said. “It’ll be fun” 😂🤪

Stop looking over the fence at other people’s lawns. The grass is greener where you choose to water it. 🌱Be inspired by others, but never compare yourself to their journey. Rejoice in their happiness and good fortune. In Buddhism, this is known as muditā—the practice of cultivating genuine joy in the happiness of others. Ultimately, we are not separate. We are one, experiencing life through different bodies, different minds, and different journeys.

When you’re constantly looking outward, it’s easy to lose sight of how far you’ve already come. Instead of always chasing what’s next, pause and appreciate what you already have. Follow your strengths. Stay true to what matters most to you. There is no one else who can walk your path the way you can. One of my favorite teachings from the Bhagavad Gita:

“It is better to follow your own dharma imperfectly than another’s perfectly.”

Your path may have challenges, but those challenges are often the very things that help you grow. Trust your purpose and continue forward with faith. This is living your Dharma.
To me, true success isn’t measured by money, status, or material gain. It’s measured by the heart—by kindness, inner peace, meaningful relationships, personal growth, and the moments that transform us from within. Some of life’s greatest treasures can’t be bought or even seen. They are felt. And those experiences are truly priceless. ✨💗
