I have used this for all 4 babies, and it is by far my favorite postpartum care item.

Soothing and cooling, smells great so you actually feel clean and refreshed & it has only good ingredients.

It’s inexpensive and I personally believe works better than the stuff they give you in the hospital. As a nurse practitioner taking care of postpartum moms- before discharging my patients home, I always recommend they add this to their cart!

Why do parents love our Birth Class? 🤍

Because we’re not here to tell you what your birth should look like.

We’re here to help you understand what may happen, what your options are, and how you AND your partner can feel prepared walking into the hospital.

Taught by experienced Labor & Delivery nurses, our class combines real hospital insight with hands-on birth prep — positions, comfort measures, partner support, epidural positioning, common interventions, pushing, and all those “but what actually happens if…?” questions.

We keep our classes small so there’s plenty of time to practice, ask questions, and talk through the things that matter to YOU.

Birth can be unpredictable. But you can still walk into it feeling informed, confident, and prepared. ✨

🤰 Perfect for parents planning a hospital birth
👩‍⚕️ Taught by L&D nurses

Give that belly a little room 🤰

As your baby grows, try changing up how you sit and rest: lean forward onto a chair, sit upright on a birthing ball, or lie on your side with your hips stacked and pillows for support.

Forward-leaning positions let your belly hang like a hammock. The idea is to use gravity and the relationship between your pelvis and baby’s head to encourage an anterior—or OA—position for labor.

37 weeks with baby #4 and somehow “pack the hospital bag” is still on my checklist 😳😂

Dates ✔️
Raspberry leaf tea ✔️
Side-lying releases ✔️
Walks ✔️
Prenatal massage… please 💆‍♀️
Pack a bag… working on it 🫠
Weekly NSTs—because I’m 38 ✔️

Also squeezing in rest, washing tiny clothes, and figuring out who’s taking the big kids when it’s go time 🎀

Postpartum NP, fourth-time mom… still can’t believe we’re already here!

What’s on your late-pregnancy checklist? What am I forgetting?!

When your 4-year-old tells the story of his own VERY dramatic birth 😂

That morning I had an OB appointment, had a membrane sweep, and he was vertex.

By early afternoon I showed up to the hospital in early labor… and he was transverse. 😳

Then, by the time the next provider came in to check me, he had flipped AGAIN — breech.

We headed to the OR for an ECV. I got a spinal, everyone got ready to turn him… and before they even had the chance, he flipped himself back to vertex. 🙃

And THAT is how this kid entered the world. 😂

Now I’m getting ready to have baby #4, and hearing him tell his own birth story in his little NY accent is even funnier…. He has been keeping me on my toes ever since!

Hoping for a slightly more straight forward experience this time around, luckily she’s been consistently vertex so far 🤞

September was FULL 🤰🏼🍂

A little family babymoon on the North Fork, teaching our Newborn + Birth Classes, representing Solly Baby at Poppylist’s Registry Day Out, trying out alllll the new baby gear (10 years since my first baby means there’s a lot 😅), a sweet sprinkle from my coworkers, another beautiful sprinkle from my family… and, because apparently we needed one more thing, a nor’easter. 😂🌧️

So much baby prep, so many special moments, and somehow we’re already heading into the month we meet baby girl. 🥹🎀

October, here we go. 👶🏼💕
