I used to listen to all the labels and diagnosis’s and if I stayed in that mental state I’d feel completely defeated. Conditions don’t have to plague you forever. As my progressed, the ultimate standard of was to practice . I’m still a beginner but I’ve come such a long way I could cry. I got over my fear of not being physically up to it and arrived at a dojo in the has been an amazing and has really helped me with confidence in my strength and abilities 🙌Don’t let anyone tell you what you can do. I’ve dedicated my 20+ year career to and but I’m still amused by some of the biohackers that are so rigid with rituals and quantifying everything that it’s more robotic than human.

A big part of is being awake to - dealing with and having inner peace and . What’s the point of living to 120 or longer if you can enjoy it because you’re so busy restricting yourself?

It’s super common if you have dealt with a condition - whether it’s , , or whatever your thing is and you’re hoping you’re 100% and then all of a sudden you have a bad day and you panic!

I dedicate every day to having a positive mindset, but even those of us who have tremendous discipline are still human and can have when our day seems out of control. Whether you’re dealing with or just life in general, there are always going to be ups and downs, but one bad hour or one bad day is not a bad lifetime! I’m saying this to all of you but as a reminder to myself as well.

When you are not feeling well and visit your practitioner, are they checking all your systems? Or hoping to just point to something that sounds familiar which shows up in other patients too?It’s not easy to dig, especially with a 10 minute visit covered through insurance. When working with a client or providing health coaching, I always request lab work. It’s hard to curate a comprehensive plan when you don’t have all the information to make an informed decision on how to help someone with their nutrition and . Unfortunately, much of the standard lab work doesn’t show with the whole picture. This is especially true when you have a hormonal imbalance, auto-immunity, issues with , glucose dysregulation, , and more. I’m excited to announce that I will be completing a course in a few months, that will allow me to order these essential diagnostic tests under medical supervision that will help me better assess my clients and get them to a healthier place.

Good health is a blessing, but if the time comes that you go through a crisis - ultimately YOU will be the one who needs to fix it…

I am an advocate for seeing a good physician to do the proper diagnostics and lab work to understand your condition. Then after getting the proper recommendations whether it’s medicine, medical treatments, dietary changes, nutritional supplements etc. you need to learn how to continue the work on your own.

Practitioners can make promises to heal your condition but it’s always best to become a student of .

No one can be invested in your more than you because in life we really only have ourselves.

💫If you are working with a healer on meditating and visualization- continue this practice on your own time.

💫If you are working with a trainer, PT, yoga instructor etc. - learn how to do a self practice at home.

💫If you have someone helping you on your diet - learn to cook and make better food choices for you and your family.

Begin to appreciate the simple things like taking a walk in the park or on the beach 🏖️
Maybe you want to make a daily ritual of or sharing your feelings with a higher power to ask for .

There are so many ways to work on your that you can do on your own without feeling defeated. It’s not easy and definitely takes some effort but the reward is well worth it.

I’ve been super reclusive this winter mostly away from with one goal in mind which was to focus on my .

For anyone who has been a from the nasty poison of the “Plandemic” I had lived through almost 3 years of hell in a body that didn’t feel like mine. I managed to successfully conquer but this bio weapon was a beast! Every day for me felt like a war in my body that was beyond comprehension for anyone who didn’t understand it. Even though I looked well, the physical suffering was insourmountable and isolating.

I became so obsessed with learning everything I could about and I even became a certified practitioner on how to manage it which still at the time wasn’t a cure. I took the gr***de approach and threw every invasive therapy at myself out of desperation. Many times it was overkill but I didn’t think I had a choice.

Before I came to Florida for the winter, I started to experience improvements, and then, as time went by, I stopped all the radical therapies, eased up on the supplements and I began to focus more on my .

I worked so hard to avoid negative and people, took up at the beach, cranial therapies tank and major dietary changes for .

I also stopped following Long Covid groups and people who were constantly negative about their condition and just healing 🕊️

I’ve gotten further in three months than I have in three years with all of the changes that I’ve made, and I even got to my goal of starting learning , which is the ultimate!

This is the most I have felt in such a long time. I’m not sharing to say hey look at me, I’m sharing because I am quite clear on how energy and the power of belief really evokes and all of us have the ability to do this.

Stay hopeful please and stop with the labels. You are not your condition. There is a way out. I’m so inspired that I want to write another book and this time about the journey💕

Because our lives revolve around smartphones, laptops, and wifi all around we are so bombarded by 🧠🤯

Over the past 4 years, many of us have lived on Zoom rather than having normal in person interactions. I am afraid to see the implications in the years to come on the effects this will have on our brains. I always wear glasses, my screens are all covered with shields and I also wear a cap from which blocks 99% of the EMF radiation and can help mitigate some of the neurological effects of “screen sickness”.

I’m not paranoid, but there is a large population who feels the same cognitive symptoms when being constantly “connected”. EMF especially can be triggering for those with and .

If this sounds familiar, I would highly recommend using some kind of protection to help mitigate the effects of overuse of technology. I always wear blue light blocking glasses but I switch from regular looking glasses to gaming glasses depending on how crazy I feel comfortable looking on a Zoom 🤣
