The more I learn about the Five Elements, the more I understand that balance is not something we force.

It’s something we return to 🦋

Warm tea
Fresh fruit
Nature
Stillness
A little time to listen inward

Maybe this is what coming back to yourself looks like

What if LOW LIBIDO isn’t because something is wrong with you?

What if your body simply doesn’t feel SAFE?

Safety isn’t only physical!

It can be Emotional, Relational, Financial, or Psychological!

When the body doesn’t feel safe, it may shift into protection mode, making pleasure and sometimes even reproduction a lower priority!

This is a pattern I often observe not only in women experiencing low libido, but also in those on their fertility journey.

Maybe the question isn’t only:

“What’s wrong with my body?”

Maybe it’s also:

“DOES MY BODY FEELS SAFE?”

What does feeling safe mean to you❓

Many women don’t realize they are disconnected from their body because they think they ARE their thoughts!

But libido, pleasure, sensuality and deep intimacy are embodied experiences.

You cannot think your way into desire.

Desire must be felt!

Which part of your body do you feel most disconnected from?

Head, heart, belly or pelvis?

Almost every ancient culture protected women after childbirth for 30-40 days.

Different countries
Different religions
Same understanding:
Healing takes time!

Maybe postpartum care was never only about the body!

What support do you think modern women are missing most today?
