We will learn about master plants including Bobinsana, Noya Rao, Chiric Sanango, Chullachaqui, Marusa, Mapacho & more while entering into a deeper relationship with the plants, ourselves, and the medicine.

This is not spiritual tourism.

It is an invitation to listen.
To learn.
To pray.
To remember.

I HAVE BEEN QUIET BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN INTEGRATING.

•

Sometimes I feel at odds between staying consistent on social media and honoring my own internal process.

•

There are days when I feel inspired to share.
I feel connected and the downloads come.

•

And there are other days when I feel more internal.

I am processing, reflecting, listening.

And I don’t yet have the words.

•

THE WORK WE DO WITH PLANTS IS UNIQUE.

I only began speaking publicly about much of this work recently, after many years of working with plants behind the scenes.

•

I try to speak from personal experience.

From what I have actually lived, witnessed, learned…

What I know in my own bones.

•

I want to be careful about making statements about things I do not actually know.

•

AI HAS MADE IT EASIER THAN EVER TO CREATE CONTENT.

And yes, sometimes I like to use AI too.

•

I love using AI to organize information, clarify my thoughts, research, edit, and give structure to something that is already moving through me.

•

But I don’t want it to replace the part that has to come from me.

The lived experience, discernment, intuition, relationship & knowing.

•

Using AI to help us organize our thoughts is very different from asking AI to think for us, feel for us, or decide what it is that we have to say.

•

Especially when we are speaking about spirituality, consciousness, healing, plants, ceremony, and the sacred.

Beautifully written does not necessarily mean lived.

•

It does not necessarily mean embodied.

And it does not necessarily mean true for the person sharing it.

•

More and more content is beginning to sound the same.

The same language, cadence, revelations.
The same perfectly packaged information.

•

Sometimes I find myself wondering:

Did this person actually experience this?

Do they really believe this?

Or did something simply need to be posted today?

•

I DON’T WANT TO POST JUST BECAUSE I HAVEN’T POSTED.

There are seasons when I have a lot to say.

And seasons when something is still becoming clear inside of me.

•

Integration is part of the work.

Silence is part of the work.

Reflection is part of the work.

Not knowing exactly what you think yet is part of the work.

•

I want to be able to stand behind what I share.

Today. Tomorrow.
Five years from now.
Twenty years from now.

•

Consistency matters.
Discipline matters.
Showing up matters.

But consistency should not require us to manufacture wisdom on demand.

There must be room to actually live the thing before turning it into “content.”

•

May we use the tools without losing ourselves to the tools.

May we never confuse generated information with embodied wisdom.

Some things need to be lived before they can be spoken.

May the President and the government hear the voices of their people, and may those voices be met with compassion, respect, and meaningful action.

Have you been unconsciously brainwashed by the patriarchy?

Do you feel more comfortable hiring an underqualified (or even unqualified) male over an overqualified woman?

Can you believe this is still happening in 2026? Geeeesh...

Due to male dominance and representation in government, politics, and organized religion, the society has been consciously and unconsciously programmed to defer to male leadership and authority over female leadership and authority.

Even today, overqualified women are still losing work, jobs, and opportunities to underqualified men because we have yet to fully accept the intelligence & intuition of The Divine Feminine.

The next time you have the possibility in your own life to put this back into balance, please opt to do so.

All change starts within us, and we have the opportunity to make micro decisions every day that will slowly add up & compile into a new norm.

On a personal note, I can share that I have never felt misogyny as strongly or directly until I came into the plant medicine world, where many women healers are still treated and viewed as second class citizens compared to the classic imagery of “the male shaman”
