Rebirth, Regeneration, New Beginnings 🥚!
As we move through the celebration of Easter today, a day which is all about rebirth and new growth 🌱
I wanted to share an experience I had with a client yesterday.
Working with people as they move through huge shifts, openings, challenges and change truly is for me such an honor and so humbling.
As I spoke with this client yesterday, they shared this deep experience of being broken open. They really have been moving and had a huge life challenge that almost took their life.
That, is a deep place of being split from the old self.
It takes such courage, inner strength and the willingness to really look into that dark space to come out on the other side.
This is why I love ❤️ what I do, what allows me to help people step into their divine power and see that they have the ability and deep inner knowing to move through what their soul came here to do!
This is how the deep dive goes, it’s not a lite journey, however, if you can more through it with #grace, it will open you up in ways your never could imagine!

2 Things You Will Experience While Healing ❤️🩹
The two things that I move through and all the work that I’ve been doing and I have also seen this through my clients doing the work, is that we do not like to sit with feelings and emotions, and before we move to a higher level, there’s going to be a sh*t storm.⛈️!
Just recently, I had a beautiful experience with a client who for so long every time they step into the space of going where they need to address an emotion that’s been buried deep for a long time, they always run to do something or go somewhere. they finally saw the pattern, and we both were able to laugh at the fact that they realized the journey has been so long because they’ve been unwilling to sit with the discomfort of the emotion and let it go.
So many of us have sped up the doing in our lives, so that we are never sitting still, because the truth is, we don’t want to feel the feelings. we also have become a society that love to numb ourselves, scroll on these devices and never just be with what sits inside us.
The other point that I have experienced, and just recently actually saw it in a client of mine, is when we go to level up and move into a higher level of consciousness, the universe will send us challenges and situations that at times can really unsettle us .
This is all just a way that the universe likes to test us to see if we really learned the lesson so that we can move forward and stretch more into who we truly are.
Doing this work, is not for the faint of heart, however, the rewards of it truly are a gift 🎁!
Imagine if you could just sit with whatever it is and clear it out of your whole system, so that you integrated it and freed up space to become even more of who you’re here to be!

One ☝️ beautiful way to raise the #frequency in your
living space and show yourself some love ❤️, is to purchase yourself some roses 🌹!!
Yes, roses hold very high frequency, and as we know are connected to Love of oneself and others.
It’s a beautiful thing to purchase yourself, flowers weekly whether you are single or not, it shows a connection to saying to yourself and the universe, I love myself, and I honor myself.
When I cut each rose, I tap into being deeply focused on what I am feeling as I state each affirmation, that I saying.
This also connects the energy of the flowers to you, so as they are emanating their energy through your space, the power of your words and frequency of what you’ve in printed upon them is too.
As we know, everything is energy, and our words create our reality.
I do create 2 separate vases with the roses, I place one on my altar, and then one on my nightstand next to my bed where I am sleeping 😴.
This way, the frequency along with the affirmations are in the spaces I spend the most time in.

The one thing that I am 100% sure of, is that when you begin to shift the energy in your body and clear out stagnant, energetic, imprints and embedded in your nervous system and all of your internal being you free up so much energy to do all the things you love ❤️!
Three years ago I was in the space where my body was extremely stiff and I was feeling so heavy every day. It was like carrying around another person all the time.
Have you ever felt that way or do you feel that way?
I know many are in the space of feeling tired all the time, having anxiety, feelings of giving up, feeling lost, and so much more.
When I started working with my little #healy device a year and a half ago, it added another level of support in so many ways as you can see here!

In this sea of self help, healing journey information ℹ️ and direction it can be overwhelming.
However, as someone who’s been on the journey for now 20 years and the last 9, working with clients as an energy healer. I have come to really know with my own work, that there are 2 things I would say are where you will experience the greatest shifts.
1️⃣ - Really take back your mind! - what does that mean you maybe asking.
It means, most of us let the mind just run the thousand of thoughts 💭 we have a day without us stopping 🛑 it and taking back command of it.
Can you relate?
How many times a day do you just think without really giving the mind any direction on what to think or what not to think 🤔?
I know that for me from the moment, I got out of bed and started my day. The mind would just be off to the races digging up past garbage, re-running old hurts, resentments, and just creating so much havoc before I even ate my breakfast. This is what not being the master of your mind looks like.
When you take control, and tell them mind and direct the mind on what you want to accomplish, where you want to go and pattern interrupt when it starts to run wild, you will see your life start to change.
This does take conscious effort, and empowerment to say stop or shift the focus, when the loop or mined starts to go back to the old patterns.
2️⃣ - The second biggest game changer, is really learning about your body’s energy, and learning how to move energy out of the body and build energy in the
body. The issue of “burnout” I feel comes from us not recharging our body’s #energy, as it does not happen from exercising, these are two different things completely.
Clearing out stagnet unprocessed emotions, traumas and rebooting your internal energy is a game changer.
This kind of work, addresses, anxiety, feelings of overwhelm, stress, unsettledness, and many other issues many are experiencing.

I really have noticed lately all this judgment that I have been running about myself in so many situations.
I know many of us have this challenge to as we’ve been layered by our parents, school, society, friends, who always like to have a judgment about something we may say, do or how we act, etc.
I wanted to share this wonderful way of letting go of this program that may be running deep inside that is keeping you in a space of not feeling #enough or broken, or needing to be fixed.
We can tap into our hearts, with every part of our being, and rub the genie 🧞 in the bottle and ask our #higherself, our god self to step out and become present, we can then truly start to step into that deeper knowing, that you are perfect just as your are!!
You and only your have the power and can make the choice to release the genie 🧞 and be YOU!!
The world 🌎 is waiting for you, you are here for a reason, now is the time to shine!!✨
