For all my future new clients, allow me to introduce myself. 👋🏽

I’m Gabe Smith Tattoos.

Originally from Texas, where I learned to tattoo. In 2014, I made the move to Maryland to start creating on the East Coast. I instantly fell in love with the greenery, the scenery, and the beauty of the Chesapeake Bay that I now call home.

My favorite style to tattoo is Neo-Traditional, but I also love working in Black & Grey Realism, Japanese Traditional, and Geometric styles.

I keep an open invitation to new clients and generally book 1–3 months out, but I’m always excited to meet someone new and hear their ideas.

When you come in for some ink, I like to make the whole experience an adventure — from the initial consultation all the way through the finished tattoo. Sometimes that means watching movies while I work, sometimes it means getting to know each other and hearing all about your tattoo journey.

If that sounds like your kind of tattoo experience, I’d love to work with you.

Book a consultation, bring me your ideas, and let’s create something special together.

Made this trash polka styled cat skull for my client. This was a very fun appointment because I sat on the floor criss cross for about 95% of this tattoo. Sometimes you just have to do what you need in order to get the best angle/position for myself and my client. I actually really enjoyed sitting like that but yeah my arms were not so happy for the last 20 mins of the appointment. I’d do it the same all over again if I had to. Thank you for trusting me with your idea and sitting like a champ!!!

What happens when a tattoo artist gets a new machine? Duh they tattoo themselves. Enjoy this video of me tattooing myself to break in the new machine.

Horror pinup for a long time client done recently. Thank you for driving 6+ hours to get it. I had a blast making this piece because I love to use my knowledge of color theory in my color tattoos. Happy healing homie ✌🏽.
