Fenix Healthcare and Wellness has shady business practices. You will be left in a hospital in Mexico with nobody who speaks English. Once they have your money you will never hear from them again. You will be picked up from the airport in San Diego by a person who doesn’t speak English so you cannot ask any questions. From there you will be taken across the border and to a “hospital” that looks and feels more like a Mexican prison. You can hear cars racing outside your window at all hours of the night. The nurses and doctors will not speak English and you won’t be able to ask any questions during your entire stay. After surgery you will be picked up in a van with a lot of other people going across the border into the U.S. At this point you’ll be too tired and weak to try to understand what’s going on and you’ll just want to get back home. You’ll still have never heard from Nels or Fenix Healthcare since the day they got your money. They make about 50% profit so you can definitely get it done cheaper or get it done for the same price with a different, more reputable company, who will treat you with respect and dignity. A company that has integrity and treats you like a person. That is not Fenix Healthcare. Please stay away from this company or you will regret it.
