Phase 1: Reset BODY to BURN FAT and LOSE THE WEIGHT.
By restricting carbohydrate intake, the Phase 1 Weight Loss Phase is designed to optimize fat loss through ketosis (this is a safe and natural state in which the body mobilizes stored fat as its alternative energy source). You’ll remain in Phase 1 until you have reached your goal.

Phase 2: Reset MIND to MAINTAIN a HEALTHY WEIGHT and build HEALTHY HABITS.
After weight loss, the body fights to regain lost weight. This “energy gap”, where more calories are desired than required, makes weight loss difficult to manage and maintain. In stabilization we will be adjusting the intake of protein/fat/carbs to effectively manage hunger, promote greater satiety and maintain weight loss.

Following stabilization, you will continue to receive education and support from your coach. It’s also recommended to “check in” regularly with your coach during this period. For all of those in Maintenance, two semi-annual “tune-ups” are strongly encouraged.

Hello Everyone! I am so proud of so many of you sticking to your goals while the world around you is so crazy. You've got goals and it shows! Summer will be here before we know it and we will all be out of hibernation, and you'll be showing off the new you! Keep it up. Just wanted to let you all know I will be closed Wednesday April 15-Friday April 17 for a little staycation. Please make sure you stop in before Wednesday to get your food. Procedure update in light of Covid-19

In light of the current events we are making a few changes to help you feel safe and stay on track. We are constantly sanitizing all areas of the office and will be limiting actual weigh-ins. We are asking that your pre-order your food for the week. You will be able to pick up your pre-ordered food at the front desk. Please text me your order at least 2 hours before your appointment with your order. If you would like to be weighed there is now specific times I am able to do that. All weigh in times will be between 1:30-2:30 Monday-Thursday and must be scheduled. If you are sick I ask that you reschedule your appointment. We want you to all stay safe and healthy while staying on track! Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.
