Started this post earlier and lost it...
But I'm in such a state of gratitude that I just have got to finish it.
The outpouring of sadness, support, encouragement is just so very humbling. We are still getting first time customers after 2 years of being here.
All of the love and appreciation y'all are pouring out on The Ol' Homestead and our vendors is not lost on me. Not one little bit of it. ๐ซถ
You come in with questions and advice. You come in offering ideas for new locations. You're looking as you're driving which means you're carrying us in your heart. I have no words for that.
Your prayers that there will be an 11th hour miracle.. ๐ฅน I wish that would be the case. But I firmly believe that God hears conversations in rooms that we are not in. That we are guided and supported into a fulfillment that is only seen by the eyes of Spirit.
Watching as people linger, sway to the music, laugh and enjoy one another and their time in here, as I sit quietly at the desk. It brings to me a whole new level of service to community and personal success. I often get sidetracked by how I fall short and this reminds me that there's other measures to success.
Each day I grieve a little, dance a little and breathe. I don't know what the future looks like. But I am so eternally grateful for the present moment.
Please continue to come shop with us! Tuesday through Saturday 11:00 to 6:00. Our vendors continue to come in and fill their spaces with all things beautiful.
