Hi everyone,
Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people through one of life’s biggest thresholds: birth.
As a midwife, I learned that birth is just as much a psychological journey as it is a physical one. The most important part of my work was never just catching babies—it was helping people feel seen, safe, informed, empowered, and deeply supported. I began to see those same needs show up wherever life asks us to change.
Birth is far from the only threshold we cross. Our lives are filled with moments that ask us to adapt, grieve, grow, and begin again: in postpartum, through loss, in relationships, in identity shifts, in becoming a parent, and in finding yourself again after everything has changed.
That’s why Bay Midwives is evolving into The Oxytocin Co ✨
This isn’t a departure from the work I’ve loved—it’s an expansion of it.
Midwifery taught me that people don’t just need excellent clinical care; they also need space to ask questions, process their experiences, and feel genuinely supported. The Oxytocin Co. is how I’m bringing that same philosophy of care beyond the birth space.
I’ll continue offering select East Bay home birth and hybrid midwifery care while expanding my services to include birth story processing, perinatal emotional support, Ask the Midwife consultations, and educational guides and reflections for navigating life’s transitions. As I continue my training as a Marriage and Family Therapist, I’m excited for the ways this work will continue to grow in the years ahead.
Whether you’re preparing for birth, processing a difficult experience, looking for guidance from a midwife, or simply seeking a place to sort through the emotional side of pregnancy and postpartum, these services were created to meet you where you are. You can learn more or book a session through the link in my bio.
Thank you for being here through every chapter!
With love and oxytocin,
