I’m really excited to share this one. 🤍

The Wellness Affair is a sponsor of Herrolo’s Level Up Summit on September 12 in Berkeley—and this feels like such a natural room for The Wellness Affair to be in.

I’ve been thinking a lot about what women actually need to feel well, not just do well.

That’s why I’ve built The Wellness Affair around three essentials:

MOVE. LEARN. CONNECT.

Because wellness isn’t just about how we move our bodies. It’s also about the questions we ask, the things we discover, the people we surround ourselves with, and having spaces where we feel welcomed and supported.

And I believe the same is true when we’re building businesses and full lives.

We shouldn’t have to choose between ambition and wellbeing.
Between success and connection.
Between building something meaningful and actually enjoying the life we’re building.

I’m excited to bring this perspective into a room full of women entrepreneurs, founders, creatives, and leaders who are all figuring out what their next level looks like.

If you’re attending The Level Up Summit, come find me. I’d love to meet you, hear what you’re building, and talk wellness. ✨

The next season is a yes away!

What if, for five days, you made yourself the priority?
Introducing Nourish & Align: Northern Lights Retreat — an intimate winter retreat in Alaska created with women in professional sports and high-performance communities in mind.

Professional athletes. Athletes’ wives and partners. Women building careers, families, businesses and lives of their own.

This Valentine’s Day, we’re trading the traditional dinner reservation for something a little more unforgettable:

❄️ Northern Lights
🔥 Fireside conversations
🏔️ Alaska winter adventures
🧘‍♀️ Movement + wellness
🍽️ Elevated dining
🤍 A room full of women who understand

No performance. No pressure. No expectations.

Just five days to rest, reconnect, explore and exhale.
Only 12 women will join us.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to do something completely for yourself...

This is it.

Sponsorship Highlight ✨

We’re so excited to welcome myPawPair | AI Pet Care as the presenting sponsor of Wags & Wellness! 🐾🤍

At The Wellness Affair, we believe wellness is about more than what happens during a workout. It’s about the everyday choices, relationships, and rituals that help us feel our best—including the ones we share with our dogs.

That’s why myPawPair is such a natural fit for this experience.

myPawPair is helping pet parents take a more proactive approach to their pet’s wellness with personalized timelines based on their pet’s breed, age, and life stage—from vaccines and vet visits to all the milestones in between.

Because keeping up with your pet’s health shouldn’t feel overwhelming. It should feel simple, organized, and personalized to them.

We’re creating Wags & Wellness as a day of wellness for both you + your pup—starting with Pilates and continuing with lunch, wine, dog wellness experiences, recovery, shopping, curated goodies, and meaningful ways to connect with the community.

And we’re thrilled to have a brand that cares about the long game of pet wellness helping us bring it all to life. 🐶✨

Come experience it for yourself:

There are moments in business when you stop, look around, and realize you’re living something you once only imagined.

The Wellness Affair helped bring our very first Nourish & Align Alaska Retreat to life—and my heart is so full.

What started as an idea became four unforgettable days of movement, adventure, meaningful conversations, incredible meals, wellness experiences, and deep connection in one of the most breathtaking places on earth.

At The Wellness Affair, we’ve always believed wellness is about so much more than a workout or a green smoothie. It’s about creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, inspired, and connected. This retreat was exactly that.

From curating every detail of the guest experience—from welcome gifts and branded touches to movement sessions, community-building moments, sponsor partnerships, and content creation—we set out to create something that felt intentional from beginning to end. Watching women who had never met leave feeling like lifelong friends reminded me why this work matters so much.

I’m incredibly grateful to my co-host, Mary Richards and for asking us to be a part of this. Together, we created something truly special, and this is only the beginning.

To every guest who trusted us enough to say yes, thank you. Your openness, laughter, vulnerability, and adventurous spirit made this experience what it was.

And to our amazing brand partners—thank you for believing in this vision from the very beginning. Your support helped us create an elevated experience our guests won’t soon forget.

This retreat reaffirmed something I’ve believed all along: people are craving real connection. They’re craving experiences that leave them feeling better than when they arrived.

We’re already dreaming bigger.

More retreats.
More adventures.
More meaningful moments.
More opportunities to gather incredible people in extraordinary places.

Alaska, thank you for the memories.

This was our first retreat… but it certainly won’t be our last. 🤍
