My name is Christa Joy, and I have been working with students who have autism and significant learning challenges for over 20 years. I love finding super creative ways to get all my students involved in the same activities and utilizing the same content as the rest of their peers. This is an especially challenging time, even more so for our kids that deeply depend upon the daily routine, safety, and consistency of a school day. I am passionate about building a community of teachers AND parents who are looking to support their kids with special needs during this time.

Nondisabled scammers want you to believe that the ADA “protects” them from having to wear a face mask in public. Don’t believe them.
