We are excited to announce that this year’s Provider of the Year Award for Therapy goes to Carrie Ferguson, PT, MS, CNT!

With over 20 years of experience as a physical therapist, Carrie has dedicated her career to helping infants and their families in NICUs across Oklahoma. She has served at Oklahoma Children’s Hospital since 2018, after previously working at Norman Regional Hospital and Deaconess Hospital. Carrie holds a Master’s in Rehabilitation Sciences from the University of Oklahoma and is a Certified Neonatal Therapist.

Her research includes contributions to the “On Track” and “Move & Play” studies on cerebral palsy, as well as the development of neurodevelopmental guidelines for the NICU. Carrie has also co-developed feeding guidelines through the CHNC’s Project HOME. Her commitment to advancing neonatal care, mentoring professionals, and leading critical research makes her a true leader in the field.
