A gorgeous sentiment, but one that I could never fulfil - until now!!

I was scheduled to meet with my general surgeon yesterday afternoon (with mum and Sloan) to address a serious incisional hernia from my hysterectomy operation.

I told the doctor that I was curious about what her examination would reveal about this painful hole in my abdomen as I have been working daily using PSYCHIC SURGERY. (I go into deep meditation before sinking myself into my body as a tiny surgeon with tools borrowed from the other side . I use my mini me to lay energy line stitches then charge the area to allow continuous healing.)

I’m sure at least half of you are reading this thinking 🙄😉, you’re in good company because so did she. But get this!!!!:

My doctor palpated, paused, palpated again, then asked me again where the hernia was supposed to be.

She concluded that I had never had a hernia. When she was presented with the evidence in both medical imaging and scans. She couldn’t figure out how it had happened.
I fixed something medically impossible to heal.💫🤯🤷‍♀️💞

It’s hard to put into words what womb healing does to your life through memes and reels, so instead I will try to share these profound personal moments as they arise.

* No physical surgery necessary
* I have been cleared to run
* I literally healed myself through knowledge, practice therapy and hands on energetic healing

My work day looks very different than most. Tomorrow I am holding a heal-the-healers release circle. Spirit is ecstatic about it and has been filling me with the most potent of energies.

Take a moment or two and take a deep breath with my service dog and I in the river. Let her cascading waters gently ease your shoulders from your ears and your belly from clenching. Now repeat as long as you need to.

It’s been a hot minute since I have updated here, but that definitely doesn’t mean that I’ve been absent from healing. On the contrary, I’ve been sinking deeper and deeper into helping people free themselves from the effects of deep pelvic trauma.

I experienced my own complete hysterectomy in July. Having completed my womb healing training, I’ve been able to hold that space gently and fill the empty area with love, hope, and creativity. I feel like a completely new woman in all the best ways.

Equine therapy has been a huge part of my personal healing journey. After over a decade of talk therapy and years of art therapy, I knew there were shadows still lingering within me. Darkness that could not be reached through thinking.

At Silver Willow Farm, the horses meet you where you’re at. Your energy attracts a different sentient horse therapist to work with you every time. They draw forth emotions and keep you grounded in your body, preventing the disassociation that often blocks me. Every single time that I spend time at this magical property, I leave with my jaw relaxed and my shoulders dropped. I always leave feeling that I’ve allowed festering emotions to flow out, being exchanged for the grounding energy pulse of the farm.
