COVID 19 Update:

Like everyone else, Orefield Veterinary Clinic has been dealing with new challenges and changes brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. We are very fortunate to have been able to continue to provide care for our clients and patients during this time. We would also like to say THANK YOU for your patience during these unusual times.

As of 6/1/2021 we will be making some changes:

 Effective June 1st we will start a “soft green” opening. We will still offer curb side services if you feel more comfortable. For scheduled appointments we are allowing only ONE person with the patient (you MUST have a mask on). Please call the clinic at 610-841-4470 when you arrive in the parking lot. When an exam room is ready, we will es**rt you right into the room. Once the appointment is done, we will ask you to stay in the room until all services are finalized. Payments will be taken in the room. We will then es**rt you back out to your car. There will be NO clients in the waiting room.

 We will continue curb side pick-up for all medications, food, and tech appointments such as: nail trims, a**l glands, and some vaccine boosters. Please call the clinic at 610-841-4470 when you arrive in the parking lot. We will take payment via phone, then bring your meds to you.

 We will continue curb side drop off for surgery and dentals. Please call the clinic at 610-841-4470 when you arrive in the parking lot. We will come out and go over the paper work, and then we will bring the patient in for surgery.

 Please respect our hospital policy and wear a mask when interacting with our staff, even if you are fully vaccinated, not all of us are.

Please understand that due to the extra steps necessary (including cleaning the room after every client and the overwhelming increase in patients needed to be seen) there may be a delay in your appointment. Please understand there may be a waiting period before your appointment.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding ~

03/16/2020

Hello Everyone,
In an effort to keep our patients, employees and clients healthy during this unprecedented time we have made some policy changes. We are still open for business and continue to strive to offer the best care possible for your pets. Please note the following:
1) If you are coughing or running a fever and your pet needs a wellness check up, please stay home, get better and we will happily reschedule. If your pet needs to be seen, please call us from the parking lot when you arrive and we will take your pet in for an exam and go from there.

2) Please limit the amount of people coming in for appointments. Try to keep the kids home.

3) We have increased efforts to keep all exam rooms, waiting room and high traffic areas sanitized. We will do our best to quickly es**rt you and your pet into an exam room to limit time in the waiting room. Please stay in the exam room until we can es**rt you to discharge.

4) Should the state, CDC or AVMA change or update anything that affects us we will notify you as quickly as possible.

Thank you all for your patience.
