Something a little special is on the calendar.

Monday, October 26 at 4pm: Gong & Singing Bowl Sound Bath with Iris. This will be her last session here at 7th Heaven Sound Baths, as she moves on to new commitments ahead.

The gong carries a resonance that's hard to describe. Deep, enveloping. Like the whole room takes one long exhale with you. Paired with crystal singing bowls, it's a layered experience unlike anything else we offer.

Small group, max 7 people. $40.

One session can soften the edges of a hard week. But the real shift happens over time — session by session, your nervous system learns to return to calm more easily, sleep deepens, and the weight you've been carrying starts to feel lighter. Small groups, zero-gravity chairs, and a studio built for this in Ormond Beach.

Tesla was onto something that sound healers have known for centuries. Crystal singing bowls produce precise frequencies that interact with your body's own bioelectric field — shifting your brain from anxious beta into deep, restorative states. This isn't mysticism. It's physics. 👉 Book at 7thheavensoundbaths.com

A sound bath has nothing to do with water — you lie fully clothed in a reclining chair while crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments wash over you with sound. No meditation experience required, no special breathing techniques, no spiritual background needed. Just you, the sound, and about 45 minutes of uninterrupted rest.

There's a reason I chose zero-gravity chairs instead of floor mats — and it's personal.

In 2011, I had surgery to treat cancer. It left me with lymphedema in my left leg, which makes getting up and down from the floor genuinely difficult. So when I started designing this studio, floor mats were never an option for me.

And then I realized — I'm not alone.

So many people have been wanting to try a sound bath but couldn't imagine lying on a hard floor, struggling to get back up. Bad knees. Hip replacements. Back pain. Mobility challenges. Whatever the reason — you belong here too.

At 7th Heaven Sound Baths, you recline in a NASA-inspired zero-gravity chair, fully supported, completely comfortable — and you just receive.

The chairs aren't just a luxury. They're a door that was always meant to be open to you.

You don't have to earn rest. An hour in our zero-gravity chairs, wrapped in sound and stillness, is one of the most direct ways to tell your nervous system it's safe. Ormond Beach's only year-round sound bath studio is here for exactly that.

Close your eyes. Is that rain on a window… a brook winding through the woods… or a waterfall pulling you under its spell? 🌧️

Meet everyone's favorite instrument — the Water Disc, handcrafted by an artist and musician in Moldova. One gentle tilt, and it pours pure calm into the room.

Come experience it for yourself. 💧

Your nervous system called - it needs this. Monday, October 5th at 4pm 💙

Yoga Nidra — often called "yogic sleep" — guides you into the deeply restorative state between waking and sleeping. It's here that your body begins to repair, your stress response quiets, and real rest becomes possible.

Now imagine that experience wrapped in the live resonance of crystal singing bowls.

Join us for Yoga Nidra + Sound — a 45-minute session led by Dina, Certified Advanced Yoga Nidra and Yoga Therapy Instructor with over 10 years of experience. You'll lie back in a zero-gravity chair for the entire session while Nancy plays crystal singing bowls softly throughout, deepening every layer of the experience. The bowls' vibrations work with your nervous system to help you drop even further into that healing state.

No experience needed. Just show up and let go. ✨

Next session is Monday, October 5th at 4pm at 7th Heaven Sound Baths in Ormond Beach. $48 per person. Intentionally intimate. Max 7 people per session.
