Guided Discovery wants to take a moment to celebrate Pastor Dorn as he begins his retirement!
We are incredibly grateful for the kindness and generosity he has shown Guided Discovery and the families we serve. He has welcomed us into the church space for so many special parts of our work — from our preschool group and social skills groups to caregiver engagement events, staff in-services, and celebrations.
Every time we have walked through the doors, Pastor Dorn has been welcoming, accommodating, encouraging, and positive. He has helped create a space where our clients, families, and team members have felt comfortable, supported, and part of a community.
We are so thankful for the opportunity to have shared this space and for the support he has given our mission of creating meaningful opportunities for children and families.
Pastor Dorn, you will truly be missed! We wish you and your family all the very best as you begin this next chapter. May retirement bring you plenty of time for family, new adventures, relaxation, and all of the things you enjoy. Congratulations on your retirement! 🎉

Our preschool group had special musical guests join us for a fun introduction to music and instruments! 🎵

Miss Kathy and Miss Pam shared their love and knowledge of music through demonstrations, singing, dancing, and opportunities for our little learners to explore including getting to try the harp themselves! 🪉✨

We love creating opportunities for children to discover new interests, build confidence, and experience learning through meaningful, hands-on experiences.

A huge thank you to Tammy Ross from The Sensory Club Neenah for joining us at last night’s Caregiver Engagement event! We loved learning more about how sensory integration supports the processing of environmental information and how important that can be in improving participation across all areas of life. She also shared information about the services available through The Sensory Club, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to connect our families with additional resources! 🌟

☀️We also had so much fun celebrating the end of summer together! 🎉

A huge thank you to the Guided Discovery staff (Amanda, Elizabeth, Eme & Sam) who were able to be there and represent us! We are so grateful for your time and willingness to give back. 💙

When our team was told we would be taking a group photo, the only instruction was simple: "Show up as your most comfortable version of you."
