Here is the love for this week at the Align with Sarah Community Classroom!
Tonight is Monday Meditation Class at 6pm. Wednesday is Drop-In Massage time for $20 in the Classroom *** 3pm to 6pm***
Zoom at Noon Thursday for anyone who thinks they are a "Nothing Client" and wants to learn more about stuff that will actually help.
Friday is Owego's Halloweenfest, and Saturday is the Drum Class we all know and love at 2pm!!

Hello Looking for 1 -2 more for this class series!
This group of classes is focused on understanding and releasing the stubborn congestion of the fascia in the feet! Classes are weekly, in-person at the Classroom. First class is scheduled for October 23rd at Noon. You are welcome to choose any 3 Mediation Classes between sign up and the end of November to have included in this series.
