It is horrific here in Southern California. Unfathomable, terrifying, heart wrenching. The negative impact this will have on the entire country is tremendous. Please rise up in any way you can. Spread awareness. Speak out.
Whole families are being wrenched apart. Hard working beautiful people are being snatched by masked, armed men in unmarked vehicles. This is beyond despicable.

So many horrific acts. Too much to even keep track of. Our beautiful cities being pillaged every day. Violence, terror, hate, kidnapping,destroying… the heartache is constant. Unbearable.
I saw her rising and stood in front of her. Finding peace within her light, her rising power, her strength. Full Moon Salutations. Keeping a faith, remembering the power in the gathering of many, we will overcome. ♥️✨🌕🙌🏻

We are in the midst of phenomenal upheaval. There is chaos, trauma, tragedy, heartbreak, shock, overwhelm. We are being asked to hold and carry so much. And we do.
It is critical that we give attention to the extremely important care and keeping of ourselves. When our nervous systems are spun and unregulated, when our minds cannot receive anymore information, when our hearts are endlessly breaking, we must call ourselves back. Back to our essence, our soul, our center, our strength. We must remain rooted and tethered. Keep our attachment to source/divinity. With this, we can continue to rise up, reach out, help steady ourselves and one another. We can meet the coming revolution with strength and resolve.
My offerings are all designed for this very thing. I am honored, available and ready to be in this together and with you.

It is a daily struggle anymore, to wake up, rise up and keep believing and hanging on to hope. Going through my own dark night of my soul taught me many things, one of which is to never give up and to keep the faith. And to continue to love, always. These past 6 months have been so breathtaking.
The level of darkness and cruelty on display here, every day is beyond heartbreaking. The fear and sadness that now hangs over us as we watch our community be hunted and chased down by masked vigilantes is almost too much to bear. There are abandoned vendor carts, fruit stands, flower buckets everywhere. Some have children doing the work of their mother because she is either afraid to leave her house or has been taken. Neighborhoods do their best to fight for the protection and safety of those being hunted but it isn’t enough. And to know that parts of this country remain ignorant and phenomenally delighted by what is happening is devastating.
Watch out for each other, offer kindness, extend your hand. We are all feeling pretty fragile these days.
I’m off to buy tamales from the child working his mama’s cart at Los Robles and Villa in Pasadena.
And extending my love to my community and city 🙏🏻♥️
