Dr. Kelly Victory says she believes Russia's anti-plague lab has been working to weaponize plague, following the death of a 28-year-old researcher after reportedly breaking a vial containing live bacteria.

Nearly 200 people were reportedly placed under medical observation, though Russian health officials attributed her death to “pneumonia of unknown etiology.”

Dr. Drew says he has seen this story before.

“Now wait a minute. There's a Wuhan virus lab next to where the virus popped out. And there's an anti plague lab where an adulterated plague showed up. What do you imagine is going on?”

Dr. Victory says the institute has existed for decades, and believes it has been doing secret research on a pneumonic plague. She suspects a lab exposure that went unreported, and says the worst-case scenario is that the researcher “was infected with a version of the bacterium that they had manipulated that isn't amenable to treatment with standard antibiotics.”

She does not think it has the makings of a pandemic, but warns the same kind of research is still happening around the world.

Dr. Drew predicts that “rather than vaccines” the next push will be monoclonal antibodies, and reminds viewers that aerosolized pathogens “are not protected by masks. It's not a droplet.”

"I was brainwashed," Dr. Drew tells Dr. Kelly Victory. "I've told patients repeatedly to take the flu vaccine because the data shows that 'not only will it reduce hospitalization but reduce missed days at work... They don't get sick as often.' That's turning out to be totally BS."

"I apologize for presenting that as good science."

The doctors say a turning point came after realizing that the medical journals they were trained to trust, like The Lancet and the British Medical Journal (BMJ), have devolved into marketing arms for pharmaceutical corporations, culminating in the FDA's clearance of Moderna's new mRNA flu shot mFLUSIVA.

"This mRNA vaccine that got approved has absolutely abysmal safety data," says Dr. Kelly Victory . "In fact, Nic Hulscher called it a form of human sacrifice. And I think that is not hyperbole."

Dr. Victory, an emergency and trauma physician, explains why she has never taken a seasonal flu shot in her life, warning viewers that if they do choose to get vaccinated – which is their right – they should explicitly ask for the traditional platform rather than Moderna's mRNA version.

The doctors also examine why the Department of Defense just ended mandatory seasonal flu shots for service members, and revisit the military's DMED whistleblower data from Dr. Theresa Long, which showed post-mandate surges in heart attacks and pulmonary embolisms that federal officials brushed off as an administrative "glitch."

A federal judge ruled that the US military's COVID-19 vaccine mandate broke the law, after service members were ordered to take the mRNA shots under Emergency Use Authorization. Ivan Raiklin – retired Green Beret, former intelligence officer, and attorney – joins Dr. Kelly Victory to break down the landmark ruling and to tell what really happened in his hallway confrontation with Dr. Fauci over funding of the Wuhan lab.

Raiklin is now being sued by Dr. Terry Adirim, the Pentagon official who wrote the September 2021 memo implementing the vaccine mandate. He says he is using her own lawsuit to dig into how the mandate was rolled out in the first place. A summary-judgment hearing is set for October 30 in Alexandria federal court.

"The mandate broke federal law, and now they have to answer under oath," says Raiklin.

Retired Green Beret Ivan Raiklin confronted Dr. Fauci face-to-face over his involvement in funding the Wuhan lab that many now believe was the source of the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, he's being sued by the Pentagon official who implemented the US military's mRNA vaccine mandate.

But there's a twist: Raiklin is using her own lawsuit to demand answers under oath.

A landmark federal court decision already confirmed what service members argued for years: the military's COVID-19 vaccine mandate violated the law. In Harkins v. United States, a judge ruled that officials ordered troops to take unlicensed Emergency Use Authorization injections without obtaining the required presidential informed-consent waiver.

But the legal reckoning was just beginning. When the former Pentagon health official who authored the mandate's implementation memo filed a lawsuit against Raiklin, she opened the door to sworn discovery.

Raiklin joins guest host Dr. Kelly Victory, filling in for Dr. Drew, to discuss the Harkins ruling, the Bassen back-pay case for troops separated under the Austin mandate, newly released pages of Fauci's diary, and the Pentagon's new policy making flu vaccines optional for service members.

Moderna's new mRNA flu shot is "a form of human sacrifice" says epidemiologist Nic Hulscher. He tells Dr. Kelly Victory how he reanalyzed the FDA data used to approve mFLUSIVA, the first mRNA flu vaccine cleared in the US – and his results are not good.

"We did a risk benefit analysis using their own data. To theoretically prevent one single flu hospitalization, you have to give 4000 people an adverse event with mFLUSIVA," says Hulscher. "Two people have to die from unexplained deaths. And again, this is all to theoretically prevent one flu hospitalization. This is absolutely crazy."

Hulscher says the trial had no placebo group, showed six times more grade 3 reactions than a conventional flu shot, and never tested whether the vaccine actually prevents influenza deaths.

"They intentionally buried all of those major concerns while telling millions of people to take the mRNA injections," Hulscher alleges, "covering up large numbers of deaths, injuries, disabilities, while simultaneously telling the entire American population to take them. That's absolutely horrible."

"I'm not telling anybody not to get a flu shot," says Dr. Kelly Victory. "Your decision. But please, if you choose to do it, ask your doctor, your pharmacist. Make sure that you are getting the standard flu shot, not the new Moderna mRNA flu shot, because it is rife with problems, and it is out there because it is FDA approved."
