Bringing holistic spine and joint care to the Florida Gulf Coast

Some haunted houses have ghosts. Some have...

one very specific spot in your neck that has apparently chosen violence. 😂👻

Which room are you walking into first?
And if the scariest part is waiting until your next class… you can practice with us from home, too.

Comment HOME and we’ll send you the details.

Sometimes the plan changes.

Weather.
Travel.
Schedules.
Life.

That doesn’t mean movement has to become all-or-nothing.

A few intentional minutes can still meet you exactly where you are.

And when getting to class isn’t an option, you can practice with us from home. 💜

Everyone please stay safe! We are shutting things down this afternoon and tomorrow for the hurricane. We will keep everyone updated to class schedules next week dependent on the state of everything here this weekend. May you all be blessed and safe!

Much love!

77. 81. 87. The goal was never to stay young.

It’s to keep participating in your life.

For Dee, 87, that means working in her garden, walking her 80-lb dog and getting on and off the floor with ease.

For Jim, 81, it means strength, balance, protecting his spine, and being there for his new granddaughter.

For Pam, 77, it looks like competitive tennis, weekly golf, traveling, mission work and a very full life.

These bodies have changed. Life has changed. And they’ve kept showing up.
Because longevity isn’t about pretending aging isn’t happening.

It’s about continuing to have a body that lets you participate in the life you want to live.

That’s longevity, according to us 💜

Kinda chic, according to us:

🌿 caring more about what your body can keep doing than how it looks doing it.

🌿 Doing the weird-looking thing because it helps.

🌿 Laughing through the hard parts.

🌿 Giving your body some attention before it has to yell.

…and having a good idea of what’s been in your social media feed lately, a whole lot of you are curious what this actually looks like for you here at NWF Center for Eldoa™️

👀

So if you’ve been watching and wondering about class from your phone, consider this your kind nudge and casual invitation.

No perfect bodies. No pretending it’s effortless.

And definitely no instructors standing on the sidelines. 😂

This is what class looks like around here: real people working on real bodies so they can keep doing more of the things they love.

Want to practice with us? You can join us in person in Pensacola or follow along from home with our guided online library.

Both options are waiting for you on our profile.

This isn’t ELDOA.

That’s exactly the point.

Emily’s personal workout is an important part of her life, and ELDOA™️ isn’t meant to replace the movement you already love.
It’s meant to support your ability to keep doing it.

For Emily, Co-founder of NWF Center for Eldoa, that means lifting heavy and building strength.

For someone else, it may mean golfing, gardening, playing tennis, traveling, or keeping up with the grandkids.
The work we do in ELDOA should follow you beyond the mat and into the life you’re actually trying to live.

Finish this sentence:

“I want my body to let me keep ________.”

• Golfing?
• Gardening?
• Playing with your kids/grandkids?
• Traveling?

Whatever fills in that blank…

That’s what we’re really training for.

ELDOA Instructor Confessions: Part 2 🤫

The best instructors don’t just teach together…
They take each other’s classes, too.

Which means they know exactly how to make each other work a little harder. 😂

In this confession, Emily shares the one thing JL does in class that makes her quietly question their friendship every single time. 😅

The funny part? It’s also one of the reasons they trust each other as instructors. They know firsthand what they’re asking their clients to do—and they aren’t afraid to challenge one another.

👇 If you’ve taken an ELDOA class, what’s the one movement that makes you think, “Please don’t let this be on today’s program…”?

Not every success story begins in our office.

Ed was referred by a massage therapist after years of trying to manage chronic low back pain.

✅ He’d seen providers.
✅ He stayed active.
✅ He did everything he knew to do.

But something still wasn’t adding up.
When Emily evaluated him, she noticed there was more going on than just back pain.

Together they began addressing the underlying movement patterns, not simply chasing symptoms.

A few sessions later, the texts started coming:
“Playing tennis with minimum soreness.”
“Walking upstairs without holding onto the rail.”
“I walked onto the court like an athlete.”

Those messages never get old.
Because this isn’t just about reducing pain. It’s about returning to the things that make you feel like you again.
If you’ve been living around pain instead of through life, maybe it’s time to ask a different question…

What if your body is capable of more than you’ve been led to believe?

👇 What’s one activity you’d love to get back to?
