The village's front porches and community venues come alive throughout the weekend. The Rose, Lynch, Abboud, Decker, Stallings, Hadley, Messer and Thompson family porches each host multiple sets. Oriental United Methodist Church hosts two gospel performances Saturday. Evening sets close out Friday and Saturday at the New Village Brewery and the Oriental Marina Tiki Bar. So grateful to each venue!

When one animal receives Animal Reiki, nearby companion often relax deeply as well. This happens because animals are highly sensitive to energy and readily absorb the calm,meditative state of their environment,allowing a peaceful feeling to ripple through them in the same space at once.

I am visiting today to support this family and their sweet gal. While her recovery had been progressing well with her Animal Reiki sessions,the veterinarian has unfortunately discovered a new growth in her mouth.

This golden beauty has overcome many health challenges over the past seven years and continues to show great resilience. Please keep her in your thoughts as we all hope for a positive outcome tomorrow.
