Our next Wellness Tuesday at Elevate is coming up, and we’d love to have you join us. ✨

This month, Jessica Bronemann with Jessica will lead Breathwork + Creating Calm, sharing how intentional breathing can support calm, awareness, and connection between the body and mind.

Jessica offers EFT tapping, breathwork, myofascial release (MFR) sessions, and facial/cranial massage, and we’re excited to welcome her as this month’s featured wellness professional.

This is a free community event, and no previous experience is needed. Come curious, bring a friend, and take a little time for your well-being.
