👀 I get a LOT of messages from people, asking me to help them identify what they found in the toilet!🚽🐛 Many parasites are microscopic, so you won't see them pass & unless you go digging around in your 💩, you might not see the larger ones, either.😉
Most parasites, biofilms, parasite eggs, etc, are going to float, though, so that can help you identify them better.👍
Here are some descriptions of what parasites, biofilms, candida, etc, look like, when you pass them:🦠🐛👀
🔹️ Liver flukes can live up to 24 years inside of you.😱 Older liver flukes tend to look like apple skins, or rolled up tomato skins. 🍎
🍅 Younger liver flukes are more brown in color & look like little slugs, or pieces of mushrooms.🍄 Liver flukes can also look like little blueberries & have little antenna-like structures on them.👾 There are also blood flukes, which are microscopic, so you won't see those pass.
🔹️ Roundworms are long and skinny, like a pencil. ✏ They usually break apart & come out in pieces in your bowel movements. 💩 It's more common to see them pass in one piece, when you do an organic coffee enema.😉 They can be anywhere from 4-24 inches long & are usually tan, brown, or n**e color.
🔹️ Tapeworms are usually flat, have ridges, & are thicker (like a piece of tape).😉 They can be multiple feet long, but typically break apart & come out in pieces, when you pass them in your stool.💩
🔹️ Pinworms are usually very small & and white, but older pinworms can look like little sticks, or twigs.
🔹️ Ropeworms aren't actually parasites, but are biofilm, mucoid plaque, mucous, & die off that has formed into a worm-like substance.🐛 Ropeworms usually have no rhyme or reason to their form (they can branch out everywhere & have many leg-like attachments).🦵
🔹️ Whipworms are usually thicker at the top & taper off with a skinny tail that curls up, like a whip.👍 They can be anywhere from 2-24 inches in length.
🔹️ Candida die off, biofilm, mucoid plaque, & other die off usually looks slimy, like mucous, or can have a cloudy look to it.☁️ Bio film is what the parasites & other pathogens create, so they can hide in, so it's really good to pass that, too.😉 Better out, than in!💪
🔹️ Parasite eggs are going to be very small & most are not visible to the naked eye. 👀 Some can be seen, though. They look like little seeds & are usually black, brown, tan, or yellowish in color.
🔹️ How can you tell if what you passed is a parasite, or if it's mucous, biofilm, or the remnants of mimosa pudica?🤔 A parasite will be firm & all the other stuff will be jelly-like.👍

"Parasites wreak havoc not only on the body, but the mental and emotional states as well. Some of the commonly associated symptoms of parasitic infestation include:
- Mood disorders
- Strong cravings for processed and sugary foods
- Anemia or iron deficiency (worms can create enough blood loss
to cause anemia or iron deficiency)
- Skin ailments such as hives, rashes, weeping eczema, itchy
dermatitis, acne, ulcers, sores, lesions, etc.
- Recurring yeast infections like Candida
- Bleeding gums
- Headaches
- Anxiety
- Nervousness
- Teeth grinding and drooling during sleep
- Food allergies/food sensitivities
- Loss of appetite
- Sexual dysfunction
- Chronic fatigue
- Unhealthy food cravings
- Persistent digestive problems (cramps, bloating, gas, etc.)
- Hungry all the time
- Sore/stiff joints
- Breathing problems
- Itching – especially around mouth, nose and a**s
- Memory problems
Parasites often perforate the intestines and contribute to malnutrition. However, it’s important to understand that like any other vermin, parasites only show up in places that provide them with an abundance of food, which happens to be garbage, sewage and rot.
Therefore, the condition of our inner terrain, which is a direct result of our diet, efficacy of the eliminative system and toxicity levels, makes us either attractive or inhospitable hosts to harmful organisms."
