Manifesting Essentials

It's 11.11 - a magical day of manifesting! What will you align with? Here are some suggestions to help you make the most of it.

Step 1: Get clear on what you want.
What are you calling in? It can be multiple things. The key thing is to really "desire" these things, so much so that you can connect with the feeling of having them.

Step 2: Get a pen and paper
Pro manifesting tip: find videos on YouTube and play these frequencies in the background while you're writing:
417 Hz - removes negative energy
639 Hz - balances emotions
741 Hz - helps with problem solving
852 Hz - boosts your intuition
963 Hz - awakens your spirituality
Use whichever frequency resonates with you in the moment.

Step 3: Script your manifestations
Write in the present tense of how you are living out a day in the life you desire or the experience you want to manifest. Get EXTREMELY specific. Start with the point of waking up in your ideal day.

For example: I love waking up with a view of the ocean and beach in Southern California. I sleep so well and feel so refreshed when I wake up because of the sound of the ocean. I slide on my favorite slippers that keep my feet toasty warm as I walk across the hardwood floors of my home. I instantly open my designer blinds to feel the warmth of the sun on my face.... Continue this process for your entire day.

If you want to manifest a specific experience, talk about yourself living in that experience. Include GRATITUDE statements (I'm so thankful for...) and EXPRESSING the emotions because this signals to the universe you already have it because you are "feeling" the emotions of it - which aligns you with the frequency of the experience. Write in such a way that connects you with all the feelings you want to experience. Say some affirmations throughout the day so you are aligning your energy and mindset. You're integrating that inner knowing that everything is coming to you.

And so it is!

Here’s some facts about Niaouli essential oil!

Niaouli works well with Arborvitae, Spearmint, Tea Tree, and Wild Orange. Try a combination as a diffuser blend!

Citronella is a perennial grass that’s colorless to pale yellow and can grow up to 6.5 feet. Citronella can be planted any time, but the onset of monsoon season is best. Citronella easily grows, with w**d removal only being required as part of land clearing prior to planting.

After six months, the plant is ready for the first harvest. Depending on soil fertility, citronella can be harvested every few months afterward—between three to five harvests per year. Every five to seven years, the crop is replaced.

Farmers can also sell the bottom part of the plant for seedling propagation. Every month, one seedling will grow into 20 plants!

Once harvested, the essential oil is extracted through steam distillation after the grass has air-dried.
