When planning what soaps I wanted to launch this month, I knew I wanted to show off my soapmaking talents a little bit…

You see, we have the Mt. Lebanon Artist’s Market coming up this weekend, and I felt very strongly about having some stunning soaps to show off. And that’s how Pear Pop was born! This soap is a real visual masterpiece (and it smells freaking great, too)!

I truly love this design, but it’s a real pain in the butt to pull off. Before the end of my summer break, I spent hours hand-rolling hundreds of little soap balls in order to make this design, but the effort was worth it for the final result.

In addition to launching Pear Pop, we’re also bringing back Blue Skies, which is probably the singular soap that I am most proud of having made in 2026. I honestly think it is the coolest soap I’ve ever made!

And on top of that, we’re also bringing back Cozy Woods which has been a seasonal favorite the last two years. I think the colors of this soap are just lovely, and the scent is sheer autumnal perfection.

Cozy Woods has been incredibly popular for the last two years, so of course we’re bringing it back!

The crisp, refreshing blend of mint, oak moss, and musk makes this soap perfectly “autumn coded.” You can pick up a bar when it hits the shop on Friday or come smell it in person at the Mt. Lebanon Artists’ Market this Saturday and Sunday 🗓️

Next weekend is one of the big ones for us!

The Mt. Lebanon Artists Market is one of only two two-day events we participate in all year, and we’re honored to be included alongside all of the talented artists that’ll be there.

I don't always think of my soapmaking as "art," but the truth is, it really is. Our plant-based formulation speaks for itself, and I make some really solid soap that actually works. But what sets our bars apart is the artful designs. So much thought and intention go into every color combo, swirl, and detail (I mean, will you look at Teacher's Pet?!).

Whenever someone stops by the table and says a bar is "too pretty to use," it’s a nice reminder that the effort pays off. Of course, I goofily remind them that it’s not too pretty, because I use it every day. Regardless, it’ll be nice to hear that a few times from our customers next weekend…

So, make a plan to come see us, check out the latest designs in person (I hear Blue Skies is making a return!), and grab your favorites.
