While I was live with 552 people watching, our nonverbal son had a seizure. It was a frightening moment, and I’m so incredibly grateful that he is okay and doing well. ❤️

Through the fear, I was reminded just how much love and support surrounds us. Messages and texts came in from people all around the world checking on our son and making sure he was okay. 🥹💗

From the bottom of my heart, thank you all for your love, prayers, kindness, and continued support. You have no idea how much it means to our family to know that so many people care.

Today was a reminder to cherish the moments, hold our loved ones close, and never take a single day for granted. 🙏

With love and gratitude,

Heather

🔥 HUNTER'S MOON FIRE & DRUM CIRCLE 🔥
This Saturday, October 24 · 6:00–8:00 PM
Outside in the fire circle at The Healing Shed

The Hunter's Moon is the moon of provision and preparation. Our ancestors hunted by its bright light to provide for the winter ahead. It is also the Falling Leaves Moon — a time of gratitude for all the earth has given us, and of letting go of what we no longer need to carry.

Saturday night, we gather around the fire to do just that. Fire is the great transformer — it takes what is heavy in us, the grief, the worry, the old stories, and turns it into light. We drum together, we release what we're done carrying into the flames, and we call in strength for the season ahead. You will leave lighter than you came.

🌕 The moon will shine nearly full over our circle — she peaks just after midnight Monday, so Saturday night she'll be big and bright above the trees.

Walk gently and in peace.
