🔮 Not All Psychics Work the Same Way (And That's Okay!) ✨

Something that's always frustrated me about the intuitive community is the assumption that every psychic does the same thing or should be able to answer the same questions.

There are so many different types of intuitive practitioners, and our abilities and specialties aren't interchangeable!

✨ Mediums focus on communicating with spirits and those who have passed.

✨ Empaths are particularly sensitive to emotions, energy, and the feelings of others.

✨ Clairvoyants receive intuitive impressions through images, visions, and symbols.

✨ Tarot and oracle readers interpret cards, archetypes, and symbolism to explore situations and possibilities.

✨ Predictive psychics may focus more on future events, potential outcomes, and timelines.

And these are just a handful of the many approaches out there! Some practitioners work across several specialties, while others focus on one.

Personally, my work is deeply rooted in empathy, symbolism, energy, dream interpretation, intuitive impressions, and exploring soul ties, emotional connections, and underlying patterns. I'm much more interested in understanding the why behind something than predicting the exact when.

I'm not a timeline reader. Questions like "Will he come back on Friday?" or "Will I get approved for my apartment tomorrow?" aren't where my particular strengths lie.

That doesn't mean those questions are wrong to ask. It simply means another practitioner may be a better fit!

One of my biggest frustrations after nearly two decades of reading professionally is that people don't always take the time to understand a reader's specialties before booking, then judge the experience based on something that practitioner never claimed to offer.

Not every reading will resonate, and that's perfectly okay. But there's a difference between a reading that doesn't connect with you and expecting someone to provide a service outside their specialty.

Intuitive work isn't one-size-fits-all. Just as you wouldn't expect every artist to paint the same picture, you shouldn't expect every psychic to interpret the world in the same way.

A little understanding goes a long way. 💜

✨ It’s official — I’m now a Certified Life Coach! ✨

This is something I’ve been working toward for a while, and I’m so excited to bring life coaching into Wyrd & Whimsy alongside my background in holistic wellness and aromatherapy.

My approach is personal, supportive, and whole-person focused. I’m not here to give everyone the same checklist. I want to work with you as an individual, your goals, your circumstances, and the way your brain and life actually work.

Some of the areas I’m especially passionate about are:

🌸 Women navigating life with Level 1 autism
🏳️‍🌈 LGBTQ+ individuals
🤍 Survivors of narcissistic or emotionally abusive relationships

You don’t have to fit into one of those categories to work with me. If we vibe, you feel understood, and my approach feels right for you, I’d love to connect.

I taught myself digital art just so I could make this project happen 🥹✨

I’m creating a skincare oracle deck to go along with my published book, The Skincare Ritual, and this is one of the first cards I’ve finished.
I’m definitely still learning, and it’s not perfect, but every part of this was made by me. I’ve been figuring out layers, tracing, shading, watercolor effects, text, and all the tiny details as I go.

The whole deck is meant to blend skincare, self care, symbolism, and reflection in the same spirit as the book. This SPF card is about protection as both a skincare ritual and an act of self love.

Also… not AI. Just me being stubborn enough to teach myself a completely new skill because I wanted this deck to exist 😂💛

I’ve been wanting to get more in touch with my Hungarian roots lately 🇭🇺❤️

I’ve been reading Mágia: Hungarian Myth, Magic, and Folklore by Margit Tóth, and I’ve loved learning more about the beliefs and folklore of the Hungarian people.

One thing that really caught my attention is the Világfa, or World Tree. In Hungarian folklore, this great tree connects different realms of existence, with its branches reaching toward the heavens and its roots extending below. I love seeing how ideas like this were woven into the way people understood the world around them.

There’s something really special about learning the stories, symbols, and traditions that were part of my ancestors’ culture and feeling a little more connected to where I came from. 🌳✨
