MOVED UP TO THE THUNDERING BUFFALO HEALTH AND WELLNESS CENTER

Chiropractors are back kiddos!! Love Has No Color will be hosting a Fun Day Thursday, August 13th starting at 1 pm at the Poplar Pow-Wow Grounds.

A farewell dinner was held by HPDP/TBHWC/SBHC staff for Dr. Mary Clark, Physical Therapist, as she concluded her tenure with the Fort Peck Tribes. As a proud tribal member and graduate of Wolf Point High School (2017), Dr. Clark furthered her education at Rocky Mountain College (2021) and the University of Mary (2024), where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Dr. Clark provided crucial PT services to the community through the HPDP program starting in fall 2024. While the discontinuation of PT/OT services at the Thundering Buffalo Health and Wellness Center is a significant loss, we wish Dr. Clark continued success and happiness in her future pursuits.

Resolution passed at May 11, 2026 Full Board meeting to authorize unlimited payroll advances to employees. Was an interesting discussion between council and the Chairman as to why they should be allowed and why they shouldn't.
